
Times
are harder than usual for everyone at the moment, and very few of us seem to
have the cash to splash the way we would like to when it comes to Birthdays and
Christmas.
With
TQC's Christmas/Birthday Club, you can pay for your ATV or accessories monthly,
and then once the balance is paid in full, have it delivered ready in time for
your special day.
It
is simple and easy to do, just contact us via email at info@thequadcentre.com
stating what you would like to buy and what the latest date for delivery can be
(be sure to put "Christmas Club" in the title). We will then email you
back your personalised payment plan and our terms and conditions, which you sign
and post back to us along with your initial payment of £50 which is
non-returnable. We accept payment via debit card, personal cheque, bankers draft, postal order, cash in our office or direct bank transfer. We can also accept credit cards, but these will incur a 3% surcharge.
We
do not charge interest on our monthly installment payment plan, the price you see on the website
is the price you pay. Sometimes we even have great discounts, contact us for
details of this months special offers!

PAY
BY MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS - PRE-PAYMENT
PLAN

The
Monthly Installment Pre-Payment Plan allows you to spread the cost of your
purchase over a number of months, instead of you having to pay the full
purchase price of your product at the point of sale.
The
period of the plan will depend on the selling price of your product. This
is because the more expensive the product, the longer the plan will be.
How
it works:
1.
You will pay a £50 initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit the moment that
you place your order
2.
A pre-agreed amount will be taken on the last day of each month,
this can be taken from the card you used initially, or sent
by cheque, postal order or dropped into our office in cash each month.
Alternatively, we also accept direct bank transfer
3.
The final payment may be slightly higher or lower than the previous
payments as the remaining amount will be taken, in the final month of the
plan.
For
Example, if you purchased a GENERIC EVOLUTION SCOOTER
at £1199 OTR, on the 21st April and want it delivered
for Christmas the payments would be taken as follows:
(a)
You will pay £50 on 21st April, when you place your order.
You will also pay the delivery cost at this time. This price will be
dependant upon location and of item purchased. Both of these costs are
NON-REFUNDABLE. (You can choose to pick up your purchase from our shop, in
which case you will not have to pay the delivery charge)
(b)
£150 will then be due on the last day of May, June, July, August,
September and October
(c)
A final payment of £199 will be due on the last day of November, your
scooter will then be delivered in time for Christmas.

OUR TERMS AND
CONDITIONS FOR MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS
General
A contract is formed
with THE QUAD CENTRE (TQC) as soon as the order is placed either via our
website, via the telephone or the moment we receive your faxed order, or cheque,
if you order via post.
The contract is an
agreement to all our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and it sets the
conditions imposed by TQC.
The contract is made
in the English language.
This contract cannot
be transferred or sublicensed.
Cancelling
Your Order
The
only time we can accept the return of goods is if they are faulty.
In
order to send your order back to us, under the right to cancel, you must contact
us to inform us, so that you can be issued with a Detail Returns Number (DRN).
When you send the product back to us you must clearly mark the Detail Returns
Number (DRN) on the packaging. We cannot accept liability for any returns sent
without a Detail Returns Number (DRN). If an item is returned to us without a
Detail Returns Number (DRN) then it is at the discretion of TQC as to whether we
accept the returned item or request that the item be returned back to the
sender.
If
you have received a damaged or defective product, just send it back to us and we will repair it.
You
need to contact us to get a Detail Returns Number (DRN) before returning a
damaged or defective item.
As
soon as the damaged or defective item is received by us, we will repair it and send it back to you.
PLEASE
NOTE - We cannot exchange road legal products as they will have already been
registered and insured in your name.
Refunds
All
refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation, when a DRN is
issued, and when TQC have received the goods back and are happy with the
condition of the returned items. Should any items be returned in a condition
that renders them un-saleable then no refund will be issued.
Delivery
All
purchases will be delivered at a time agreed with you in advance and at least 3
days before your final delivery date unless this is impossible due to public
holidays etc.
Payment
If
you pay for your goods with monthly installments, TQC will still own any goods
you receive until your final payment for those products or services has been
paid.
Please
ensure if you are paying in this way that the payment card you use does not
expire before the end of your payment plan. If the card expires before the end
of the plan we may not be able to fulfill your order until we have received
alternative payment card details from you, that are valid for the length of the
plan, or have agreed an alternative payment method with you.
All
payments required under the monthly installment payment plan must be made as
set-out on the monthly installment payment plan you will receive with your order.
Any
late payments will be subject to late payment charges.
If
we have been unable to take a payment on the payment due date we will attempt to
contact you via telephone. If we cannot contact you via telephone we will either
leave an answer phone message or we will send you a letter. We will then give
you a 7 day waiting period in order for us to receive the payment. If the
payment is still not received within the 7 days after the payment due date the
late payment charge will be issued.
The late payment charge is £15, this is charged if the payment is not received on the payment due date or within the 7 day waiting period thereafter, within the last 3 months of your payment term. Also the late payment charge of £15 will charged every thirty days until the debt is settled. This charge is levied as your machine will have now been purchased by TQC and allocated to you.
If
you should decide not to complete your payment plan, 15% of the total cost of
your order will be deducted by TQC and any other monies recieved will be
returned to you.

Final
Points
If
any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court
having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect
the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which
shall remain in full force and effect.
If
you breach these Terms and Conditions and TQC ignores this, TQC will still be
entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other
situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
TQC
shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by
circumstances beyond its control.
A
person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right
under the Contract
(Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and
Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which
exists or is available apart from that Act.
We
may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be
notified clearly at the top of this screen.
These
Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of England and Wales.
